Panel Assay Prep

 

The Panel Assay Prep pages for Cannabinoids, Terpenes, LC Pesticides, GC Pesticides, Residual Solvents, Heavy Metals, Moisture Content, Microbials and Water Activity allow the lab user to “prep” samples in bulk, using pre-set default assets, solvents and instruments set in the Assets tab. Mass drag and copy features, and compliance logic to ensure specific conditions are met before samples are submitted for Batching ensure samples are prepared in regulatory compliance. Instant search box allows filtering of data by any field attribute at the Order or Sample level. The page also has the ability to view current “In Progress” samples, sort by Compliance, Non-Regulatory and Rush Expedite samples. 

 

 

 

 

The Assets tab allows users to select assets for various instruments, solvents, and more which will only appear in the drop down to select, if these items pass ISO verification (if required) and are not expired. The defaults set for each user are applied when “Apply Default Assts to selected” is clicked for selected samples.

 

 

 

The QAQC tab allows users to set various Dilutions and Standards and Controls to different control types, which are in turn logged and reported in LQC Summary reports in the Analysis page. As with the Assets tab, only ISO verified assets that are not expired appear in these drop down selections to prevent non-regulatory compliance.
