Panel Assay Batching

 

The Panel Assay Batching pages for Cannabinoids, Terpenes, LC Pesticides, GC Pesticides, Residual Solvents, and Heavy Metals allow the lab user to “batch” samples manually, or using our proprietary “AutoBatch” feature. The AutoBatch button automatically creates regulation compliant Batches for analysis including the number of CALs, ICV, CCVs, SBs, as well as the max number of Samples per batch. Depending on the Panel Assay type, the AutoBatch will check for LRS samples and their parents, MPDS, make sure MBs and LCS are in place and more. A Batch Queue list allows the lab to quickly edit an existing Batch, prep for analysis in a queue and set statuses for internal process organization and more. A download link creates Instrument compliant CSV import files for various instruments including form Shimadzu, Sciex and Perkin-Elmer. 

 

 

 

The Assets tab allows users to select assets for various instruments which will only appear in the drop down to select, if these items pass ISO verification (if required) and are not expired. The defaults set for each user are saved for each Batch and displayed in the Batch Sheets generated for each batch. 

 

 

 

The Calibration tab allows lab users with permission to update CAL levels and vial positions, set number of CALs to be used, as well as Calibration Concentrations for every analyte in the panel the lab tests for. A snapshot of these Calibration values are saved for each Batch which is used at the time of Analysis. 

 

 

 

The LQC tab allows users to set LQC levels and vial positions for ICV, CCV, LCS, MPDS, SB, and MB controls, as well as concentrations for all analytes in the panel. A snapshot of the LQC values at time of batching are saved on a per-batch level to be used at the time of Analysis.
