Panel Assay Analysis

 

The Panel Assay Analysis pages for Cannabinoids, Terpenes, LC Pesticides, GC Pesticides, Residual Solvents, and Heavy Metals incorporate Smpltrax LimsTelligence™ technology that effectively provides a “Lab director in a box”. By simply uploading the CSV results file from your instrument (currently supports Shimadzu, Sciex, Agilent, and Perkin-Elmer), Smpltrax analyzes all of the values from your instrument and provides instant checks on all regulatory compliance levels of each of the Panel types including items such as:

• If any Label Claims provided by customers are not met
• If any analytes in the batch contain non-compliant LOQs
• If any recoveries are not met
• If required LQC samples are missing from the batch
• If minimum CAL points are met
• If CAL recovery acceptance criteria not met
• If Method Blank levels are above LQC
• If On Curve Converstion is greater than the highest CAL concentration
• If the batch contains a sample with an analyte above its action limit
• If Solvent Blank levels are detected above LOQ.
• If any Anticipated Values provided by customers are not met 

The Analysis page upload module also accepts uploading of accompanying Datapack files, and if missing, will prevent the Analysis batch from being moved to the Panel Assay Review page. All issues are color coded in red on the page as well as indicated in the popup modal to report any issues immediately after upload. 

 

 

 

 

 

The QAQC tab allows users to set R2 values for each instrument to be used in the Analysis.

 

 

The Calibration tab displays a snapshot of the CAL concentrations that were used at the time the Batch was created. Users with permissions may adjust these CAL values and re-run the Analysis.

 

 

The LQC tab displays a snapshot of the LQCs that were used at the time the Batch was created. Users is permission may adjust these LQCs and re-run the Analysis.
