AutoBatch for Panel Assay Batching pages

• Automatic creation of regulation compliant Batches for analysis including the number of CALs, ICV, CCVs, SBs, as well as the max number of Samples per batch.
• Depending on the Panel Assay type, the AutoBatch will check for LRS samples and their parents, MPDS, make sure MBs and LCS are in place and more.

 

AutoDetect Non-Compliance issues for Panel Assay Analysis pages

Checks results data uploaded via CSV results file from instruments:

• If any Label Claims provided by customers are not met
• If any analytes in the batch contain non-compliant LOQs
• If any recoveries are not met
• If required LQC samples are missing from the batch
• If minimum CAL points are met
• If CAL recovery acceptance criteria not met
• If Method Blank levels are above LOQ
• If On Curve Converstion is greater than the highest CAL concentration
• If the batch contains a sample with an analyte above its action limit
• If Solvent Blank levels are detected above LOQ.
• If any Anticipated Values provided by customers are not met
