Pricing and Package Bundles

 

Smpltrax has a flexible pricing and packge bundles module for every lab’s pricing needs. The system is designed to work in tandem with a system such as Confident Cannabis (for front end customer order management), or as stand alone (Smpltrax CanTOMS module released Q4 2025). Every distributor customer and user can have setting set to: 

• Show line item pricing per panel
• Only total price per order
• No prices in order emails

Further, pricing can be set at the per panel for Compliance and Non-Regulatory levels and for each Product Matrix type. Taxes can be set as a percentage of Order Total while Rush Expedite fees can be set as a fixed amount or as a percentage of the order total. All order prices can be overwritten with a fixed price on the Order Details page as well.

 

 

 

The Package Bundles module serves two purposes. The first, is that it can be used to create “package/combo deals” where select panels can be included in one discount price, which can be visible only to select Distributor customers or to all. The second, is to mirror “Test Packages” in Confident Cannabis for import/export of orders for labs that perfer to use Confident Cannabis for their customer order management platform.

 

 

 

The Package Bundles details page allows setting of basic information about the Package Bundle such as name, price, qty available, expiration date, upload of any promotional images, a description, what panels are included, and which Distributor customers can see these packages and more.
