Order Submissions Queue

 

The Order Submissions Queue displays all orders place on the Order Intake Wizard (both Distributor facing and internal Lab admin order entry). The page also has an option to import orders from Confident Cannabis using a specific CSV file format. A true universal search bar allows instant search across every field attribut for the Orders and Samples, and allows customization by flipping on or off columns of data, as well as re-arrange positions of columns. Each order row can also be opened to display details of each Sample in the order. From this page, lab users can enter Sampling Details in the Chain of Custody page, enter a location for Bin/Storage ID where the sample is placed in the lab, and accept or deline Rush Expedite requests.
